Chambers are delighted to announce that Dan Pawson-Pounds has been recommended for appointment as King’s Counsel in this year’s competition. His Majesty the King has approved the recommendations of the Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable David Lammy MP, for appointment of 96 barristers and solicitors as new King’s Counsel in England and Wales. They are expected formally to be appointed following a ceremony in March 2026.
Dan has wide experience in all aspects of criminal law, quasi-criminal regulatory law, corporate investigations and international war crimes. He specialises in business crime, criminal law, terrorism and private prosecutions, both in court and in an advisory role.
