A family and civil practitioner who undertakes work in public and private law children cases, ancillary relief and other family matters. A civil practice covering all areas including personal injury, landlord and tenant and contract.
I was awarded a Lord Justice Holker Award by Gray’s Inn for the BVC year. I joined Walnut House in October 2005 having completed a 12 month pupillage in chambers.
I am a member of the Family Law Bar Association.
Family Law
I accept instructions in all areas of Family Law and have undertaken work in both public and private law cases as well as in ancillary relief matters and injunction proceedings.
Civil Law
Personal Injury
I accept instructions in all areas of personal injury and have undertaken work on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants. I am a member of the Personal Injuries Bar Association.
Landlord and Tenant
I have been instructed to appear for both landlords and tenants in a variety of housing matters, including cases in which possession is sought on grounds of anti-social behaviour.
Contract
I accept instructions in all areas of contract law.
